KMBA Winter Development Philosophy

• Provide post secondary preparation for athletes interested in pursuing a higher education.

• Provide each athlete with access to a fully certified sports performance professional (eg., strength training, speed training, mental skills training, and nutrition).

• Provide each athlete with life skills that go above and beyond baseball (eg., time management, leadership, goal setting, etc).

• Provide each athlete with the resources and opportunities to play at the next level.

*** These gym sessions will be done by sign up on a first-come first-serve basis and are open drop-ins where players have access to the facility, under the supervision of an instructor, to work on their own individual skills.***

What's Included?

Access to our state of the art baseball training facility. Extra drop in hours will be available throughout the week for athletes.

Comprehensive and detailed strength training plans written by one of our fully certified instructors.

Access to a wide range of instructors who have played or coached at the college and professional level.
